Nature at its best Shutterstock

We love mead for its expression of moments in nature. The honeybees that visited all those flowers and made the honey. A field filled with wildflowers. Rows of bright red strawberries at the peak of season. Or blueberries, fresh with dew from the morning. These moments are all gathered up and captured inside a bottle of mead.

Just as a bottle of wine expresses the grapes, and the place they were grown, mead is an expression of honey, bees, and the places the bees go. That’s what we love about mead, and why we decided to open Honeygirl Meadery.
