Fig Spritz

2 oz Honeygirl Fig Orange Mead
1/2 oz Durham Distillery Navy Strength Gin
4-5 Fresh Figs
Splash of Sparkling Water
Rosemary Sprig for garnish

Scoop out the pink insides of your figs into a jar.
Muddle together with Fig Orange Mead and gin.
Strain into a glass to serve.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with rosemary & sliced figs. Cheers!
